The first and most important step. Connected sets up one central memory, context, task, and reporting layer for your business and connects it to the tools you already use, so any AI you use, today or in the future, already knows your business and can do real work through your connected tools. It includes guided knowledge-capture workflows and prompts that walk you and your team through getting what's in your heads into the system. It ships with a first automation, such as an AI lead response agent, automated scheduling, a follow up workflow, or an AI receptionist.

Price scales with two things: how much business knowledge goes into your database, and how many tools and apps need to be connected. You get the exact number on a short scoping call.

Automated (from $7,500)

The right package when multiple workflows are leaking time and money. Automated connects lead flow, follow up, reporting, or post sale work together, integrated with the CRM and tools you already use.

Premium (from $15,000)

For businesses that need AI embedded across growth, operations, and customer experience: multiple lanes, custom data pipelines, regulated industry requirements, or guided scope for complex builds.

Care after launch

The build covers implementation plus 30 days of hands-on support after go-live. Then your care plan matches what we built, so there's only one decision to make. Every plan is month to month and includes managed hosting, security and backups, same-day support, a monthly training for you or anyone on your team, a monthly report, and front-of-the-line access for new builds.

Extra training sessions are $150 each. Each plan covers the workflows, automations, agents, connections, APIs, and MCP servers in your written scope up to its limit (3, 6, or 10); anything larger or beyond that is $150 per month each, or quoted if it's big. AI usage is included up to a monthly allowance; anything above it is billed at cost plus 30 percent. Pay annually and get two months free. If you want to bring management in house later, we train your team and step back.

A Website Rescue Sprint is a conversion first rebuild for local businesses: $500 to $4,500. Starter ($500) is a simple one-page site or small-site refresh on our proven template, Core ($1,500) rebuilds up to 5 pages, Plus ($2,500) up to 10 pages with reviews, lead capture, and local SEO, and Pro ($4,500) up to 15 pages with service-area pages, AI search optimization, and copywriting. Delivered in about 3 to 10 business days after intake.
