How to request deletion

Data Deletion Request. - Include the platform involved: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another service.
- Include enough information for us to identify the account or record, such as your name, business name, connected page/account name, and any email address used in connection with the service.
- If the request concerns Meta-connected data, specify whether you want deletion of stored connection data only, or deletion of all related operational records we control.
What we delete
- Connection state, stored tokens, and account linkage data under our control.
- Operational records associated with your connected account, where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
- Related support or intake records where requested, unless retention is required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or accounting reasons.
Timeline
We aim to review and process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify ownership or locate the records, we will contact you by email.
Meta-specific note
If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or Threads through our app, you can also revoke the app’s access from your Meta account settings. Revoking platform access does not automatically delete all operational records we may still hold, so email us if you want full deletion from our systems as well.
